How much will I be charged for Postage and Handling?

We charge a standard rate of $ 12.95 as Postage and handling fees per order. Shipping charges are fixed for all destinations in Australia, New Zealand and USA.

How long does shipping take?

Every effort is made to deliver your products in a timely fashion as soon as your order has been finalised. However, please allow 7-10 working days before contacting Customer Service to notify them of a missing parcel.

I’m nervous about using my credit card online. Is my order secure?

Your name, address, credit card information, and all billing information are secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layers). Your credit card information is transmitted for processing immediately.

What do I do if a product I would like is out of stock?

Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items. If a stock item is out of stock you will need to make another choice to enable your order to be completed. 

What if I’m not happy with my product, can I exchange it?

All of our products are backed by our 30 day Return & Exchange policy. If you are not totally satisfied with the results, simply contact our Customer Service team who can assist you in returning your items. Please ensure you have your original Tax Invoice handy at the time of the call for reference details. Note: Only cost of goods will be refunded, postage & handling is non-refundable.

We accept Visa and Mastercard for all purchases.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged on real time. Credit card details are forwarded to credit card processers immediately on confirmation of your order. In the event of credit card denial, a notification will be emailed to the email address on account. Orders will be shipped only after receiving confirmation from bank.
